Cancellations and Changes

Prices

You acknowledge that the pricing provided to you by handovers.com for Inspection is specific to you. You further acknowledge that handovers.com may set any price for any customer or client for any Inspection as it deems appropriate. Any errors and mistakes, including any misprints, are not binding on handovers.com.

If any special offers or promotions are given by handovers.com, handovers.com will advise you of same.

Cancellation and Termination

If you need to cancel your Inspection, you are completely and solely responsible for the proper cancellation of the Inspection. A cancellation by email or telephone on a Business Day is acceptable.

At the sole discretion of handovers.com, there may be a charge for processing the cancellation.

If you cancel the Inspection less than one clear Business Day before the scheduled Inspection you will forfeit the inspection fee paid. If, on the other hand, you cancel your Inspection more than one clear Business Day before your Inspection, you will be refunded the inspection fee you paid (less any administrative fee that handovers.com may charge).

Despite any other rights that handovers.com may have, handovers.com has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the handovers.com website and refuse you any current or future use of the services contained within the handovers.com website for any reason and at any time. Such suspension or termination may result in a deactivation or deletion of any information you have provided in respect of the booking of your Inspection. Handovers.com reserves the right to refuse any Inspection or the use of the handovers.com website for any reason and at any time.

Report Delivery

You acknowledge that handovers.com will send the inspection report to your builder on your behalf unless otherwise notified.

Modifications to the Online Booking and Payments Services and Prices

Handovers.com reserves the right at any time, and also from time to time, to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the online booking and payment service offered on the handovers.com website without notice to you.

The prices for Inspections are subject to change without notice and handovers.com is or will not be in any way liable to you or to any third party for any price change or to any temporary or permanent modification or discontinuance to the online booking or payment service on the handovers.com website.
